I used this type of pepper mill for a couple of years, and found it was time to replace it. I ordered this pepper mill and it arrived broken, due to bad packaging. It was broken in half upon delivery. I arranged for an exchange/replacement to be sent and that was also broken in the same way upon delivery.......The packaging of this item is horrible.......The design is great and the product is easy to use....but good luck getting one sent to you that is in working order!!!!!

I love this thing. I bought it because my last one (which was similar) broke. This seems much sturdier and I highly recommend it for its one hand convenience!

This is the second Chef'n Combo Grinder we have had. The first was a free gift and we loved it so much that we purchased this one to replace it as it is capable of being refilled. We leave it on the table and it is wonderful. It is so convenient, space-saving and durable. Great product.
